IUNVA & UN/NATO/EU Medal entitlements.
Below we have pictures of medals that personnel who served overseas with the United Nations or NATO/EU are entitled to. These medals are all approved, and the prices are indicated below each medal. There are certificates and diplomas also included in the medal orders. You can order the medals direct from ourselves or SHK in Denmark. However if ordered through us, you would be entitled to a discount of up to 10% if you order four medals. 6% when ordering three, 3% when ordering 2 and one medal no discount applies. A new IUNVA 50th anniversary medal has been struck and will be available to all members via ourselves or Post 20 in Mullingar. pictures and details to follow.
DEPARTMENT OF DEFENCE - PEACE MEDAL.

QUALIFICATIONS; This medal is awarded to all serving and ex military personnel who served on a UN mandated mission overseas while a member of the Permanent Defence Forces. PRICE; The medal is issued free of charge by the Government. Applicants must submit their army rank and number, date of overseas service, overseas unit, home unit.
THE IRISH UNITED NATIONS VETERANS ASSOCIATION SERVICE MEDAL.
FRONT BACK.
QUALIFICATIONS; To qualify for this medal you must be a member of IUNVA and have been so for at least a year. These medals are individually numbered for each one issued. A ribbon is also issued with the medal.
PRICE; These medals are available via your Post secretary at a cost of €27.
THE INTERNATIONAL PEACE PRIZE MEDAL.

QUALIFICATIONS; It is possible to receive the International Peace Prize Medal if you as a military personnel have taken part in UN service before the Nobel Peace Prize Award on December 10th 1988. Special permission was given by The Nobel Institute of Norway to reproduce the original diploma, which is given with the medal also a certificate is supplied with your name and rank.

THE UN 50th ANNIVERSARY MEDAL.
QUALIFICATIONS; This medal can be received by all international military personnel who have taken part in UN missions throughout the world. A personal certificate which includes name and military rank is also supplied.

THE INTERNATIONAL VETERAN MILLENIUM MEDAL 2000
QUALIFICATIONS; You must have served on a UN mandated mission overseas and be part of a veterans association (IUNVA). The medal is a symbol of and in memory of the important contribution you have made to peace in the past millenium. Each medal is numbered individually. A certificate is also included with your name and army rank on it.

THE INTERNATIONAL VOLUNTEERS FOREIGN SERVICE MEDAL.
QUALIFICATIONS; If you as part of a military group have done service with the UN, NATO, or EU in a mission area. This comes with a certificate which will include name and rank.
PRICE; Article 4002 - Large medal and mini medal with ribbon bar in box. With certificate supplied with own name and military rank. €130
